What is required for a Nutritional Label?

Seventeen items including Moisture, Protein, Fat, Sodium, Ash, Carbohydrates, Calories, Calories from Fat, Calcium, Iron, Trans Fats, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Cholesterol, Saturated Fats, Sugars and Dietary Fiber
Time required 14-21 working days depending upon the test required.


As a Food Manufacturer, what tests are necessary to maintain control of my manufacturing processes?

Food Products should be tested for Total Plate Count, Coliform, E Coli, Staph and Yeast and Mold.
Contact and non-contact surfaces may be tested for Salmonella and/or Listeria.


What do I test my well water for?

For most it is Total Coliform and E Coli bacteria.  Coliform is an indicator organism always present in the intestinal tract of a warm blooded animal.  An indication of human or barnyard waste contamination.  E Coli is an organism particularly from human or animal waste.
A sterile container from Warner Labs in required.
Additionally you may want to test for Hardness, Sulfide ( if "Sulfur Water" ) Nitrates, Lead, Cadmium, Copper, Nickel, Zinc, and Mercury.


FHA Loan Approval requires testing for:

Total Coliform, E Coli, Lead, and Nitrate-Nitrite


When do I get my results?

Coliform in water requires 24 hours.
Metals, Hardness, and Sulfide requires 7 working days.

Food testing and water microbiology requires a minimum of 24 hours for coliform, up to 5 days for yeast and mold.  Water chemical testing requires from 7-10 working days.

Monday thru Friday 8-4:30


Do you take samples?

Yes, depending on the circumstances.  Call and request sampling.
