required for the manufacture of food products. Experience includes chemical,
nutritional, and microbiological evaluation of meat, produce &
confectionery products.

and food products. Particular experience in the testing of pork and beef as
well as raw and finished vegetable products such as lettuce, carrots, onions
and tomatoes. Experienced in the microbiological evaluation of confectionery
products. Responsible for Microbiological Quality Assurance Program.
Certified for evaluation of Coliform, e Coli, and Aerobic Plate Count in
drinking water.

Fifteen years experience in analysis of Water, Wastewater, and Industrial
Waste. investigations.
Experience in the analysis food products and control procedures required for
the manufacture of food products including chemical, nutritional, and
microbiological evaluation of meat, produce & confectionery products.
Responsible for the field sampling program for industrial waste, and
environmental evaluation of food plant processing equipment.

waste, ten years as laboratory manager. His experience includes wet chemistry,
atomic absorption analyses, gas chromatography monitoring well and wastewater
sampling and evaluations.
Seven years experience in food microbiology, including Aerobic Plate Count,
Coliform, E Coli, E. Coli 0157 H:7, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Listeria, and
Yeast and Mold.
